RE/MAX Australasia 2007 #1

screw_it_lets_do_it_jkt.jpgI plan to give some updates and news as I travel to and attend the RE/MAX Australasian Convention and as we launch the new RE/MAX Australia website. This is update #1

Currently I am in Singapore airport after a ten hour flight. Singapore Airlines always give great service and the flight is comfortable.

The Definitive DruckerI devoured Richard Branson’s “Screw it, Let’s Do It” (after Kobus mentioned it in conversation, I thought it was worth the read) and am already tucking into “The Definitive Drucker” by Elizabeth Haas Edersheim. Needless to say my mind is spinning with Entrepreneurial, Leadership and Management Theory.

Looking out of the large windows and watching the sun rise here (it’s 12:47 Cape Town time, but 06:47 in Singapore) I consider how the world is such a big small place and how opportunity abounds far more than limitation.

I am also satisfied to know that we are headed for another successful RE/MAX launch with Australia due to the hard work of our RE/MAX Project Team, especially the impressive management and motivational skills of Gido Snyman. Here is a sneak peak at the site which will be going live on Tuesday the 8th of May.

Now I’m off to find the free massage machines that Gido found last time he was heading through Singapore’s Changi Airport.
