					<description>English is a universal language (at least on the technology scene in South Africa). Though it could add value to some sites by having a Afrikaans section, I cant see that it would really benefit anyone but the most inexperienced site users. 

To successfully navigate though the internet your English skills need to be adequate, but in the end it would probably depend on your clients' needs.</description>
